DBS Bank, Singapore - Offshore on contract in Singapore, he showed the benefit of experience in Asia, and in banking, on multiple assignments (over 5 years) in the headquarters of that country's leading bank. Randell has completed key project engagements for DBS doing consulting and management for different business areas (such as Corporate Banking, Consumer Banking, Investor Trust Services) and covering a number of the bank's strategic solutions.

Independent Core Banking and banking technology strategic consulting (high level advisory roles in evaluation and requirements development cycles for various banks).

Globus T24 Core Banking Systems Projects for Temenos in Bangkok and Taipei - Project Director / Senior Project Manager.

Consultant to Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives (BAAC) 6 months F/T - lead Unisys last phase Y2K project,  plus advise and help develop plans on new systems including Customer Relationship Management, Executive Information Systems,  Data Warehousing technologies.

Consulting to Citibank - in 1999, reviewed I.T. systems and processes in Thailand and produced definitive Regulatory/Local Reporting study as model for new data mart applications strategy and business process reengineering.

Advised on I.T. budgets and plans for 1999-2000, reviewed IT operations, initiated internet strategies, and reviewed (checked) Y2K preparations for SEAMICO Securites and Investment Bankers (by referral from ABN AMRO executive).

Planned and led setup of ABN AMRO Bank branch technology in Bangkok and established MIS functions in SCORE banking application - (AS/400, Client-Server, LAN) - 2 years+ - Core Banking, Treasury, Correspondent Banking, MIS, EIS (Lotus Notes platform), Regulatory Reporting implementations. 

Managed subsidiary of largest regional Systems House group under Computer Systems Advisers group (Singapore) and Automated Systems (HK, China) on 2 year contract.
