The Silverlake Integrated Banking System ("Silverlake IBS") is a retail banking and finance solution. It is a fully integrated banking system designed around the central Customer Information File (CIF) and was written to exploit the integrated relational database running on IBM's latest AS/400 platform.
The software is designed to support multiple institutions and multiple currencies. Only a single copy of the software is needed for the main bank entity and any future finance or banking subsidiaries.
Silverlake IBS is highly parameterized and features can be customized without changing or maintaining a single line of program code once the system is installed. In other words, a bank would be able to lead and take a proactive approach in making effective and informed banking business decisions.
