Legando AG is a software development firm based in Schwerzenbach, Switzerland. The firm was estasblished in 2004 as a spin-off from a traditional Zurich private bank and is concerned with the development of efficient processing systems for the banking sector. Customers are chiefly based in the Retail and Private banking sectors. Legando's vision is the establishment of a new standard in Swiss Banking Software development. They employ a decentralised system that uses the modern technologies J2EE, BEA Weblogic and Oracle. The seamless integration of third party systems is second nature, as are alliances with large consultancy and software institutions in the Swiss financial market. According to client needs, they offer securities solutions and/or portfolio management together in partnership with core banking players or as an outsourcing solution option. They are represented in the marketplace both as ASP and a BSP participant and can offer a wide range of services.
