Product: Total Concept - 4
The Total Concept financial system, TC/4, is an integrated, centralised core banking solution. It provides an enterprise-wide banking platform designed to meet today's dynamic banking requirements. TC/4 is a highly parameterised, multi-currency, multi-lingual system that provides rich functionality and supports a multitude of delivery channels. It is a customer-centric system that helps a bank to build and manage their relationships with customers. TC/4 provides a bank with a flexible, robust information technology infrastructure.
TC/4 provides for anytime, anywhere banking across delivery channels such as internet banking, tele-banking and ATMs, that can be centrally controlled. It offers comprehensive data warehousing and disaster recovery system capabilities, as well as online bank-wide MIS and automated inter-branch reconciliation.
TC/4 supports over 40 modules, mainly in the areas of retail banking. CMC also offers treasury management, internet and mobile banking, telephone banking and asset-liability management software solutions, to which TC/4 can be easily interfaced. It can also interface with third party ATM switch and trade-finance products.
